At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Sehr schön, wir hatten auch tolles Winterwetter.Als Tip:1neue. ,flache Pfanne teflonbeschichtet,1 Nudeltopf für 4 Personen. Die TV Programme müssen neu eingestellt werden,gutes Radio wäre auch nicht schlecht!!

Ostsee mit Hund

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Hafen, Zentrum und Ostsee sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Es verfügt über einen Garten mit Terasse. Leider ist das Grundstück nicht vollständig umzäunt. Die Einrichtung ist eher funktional als gemütlich, insbesondere die Sitzmöbel sind überholungsbedürftig. Die beiden Bäder sind sehr schön saniert. Alles in allem haben wir die Woche in Prerow aber genossen. Kleiner Tipp an die Verwaltung: Wir waren im Oktober (Herbstwetter) Gäste in Ihrem Haus und hätten gern mal den Eingangsbereich, der auch Teil des Aufgangs in die 2. Etage ist, feucht gewischt. Leider haben wir Wisch-Utensilien vergeblich gesucht. Bitte mit in die Ausstattung aufnehmen.

Bei einem Mehrpreis von fast 400€ im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr waren wir Dich enttäuscht! Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die im letzten Jahr frisch renovierten Bäder so gar nicht mehr schön waren! Oben in der Dusche wo aufgrund verstopftem Abfluss nur noch Intervallduschen möglich war und einem trotzdem der schwarze Seifenrest der an den Aluprofilen abgelagert war zwischen den Füssen rum schwamm…..das war schon ekelig! Schade, wie man neue wunderschöne Bäder so verkommen lässt !! Wir werden uns wihl ein abderes Lieblingshäuschen suchen müssen…..

Das Haus ist toll!! Die neuen Bäder ein Traum! Es war ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub! An der Sauberkeit im Haus könnte man noch etwas feilen.....oder halt selbst Hand anlegen wie wir es gemacht haben und dann ist es gut!! Wie bereits oben geschrieben.....sehr gerne wieder !!!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten im Umfeld

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, dennoch muss ich anmerken bei dem nicht unerheblichen Poreis pro Nacht, dass ich zwar für ein 2 Monate altes Baby als Person bezahlen musste aber im Kinderbett keine Bettwäsche war und Decke und Kopfkissen in Erwachsenengrösse darin lag. Es könnte also nicht genutzt werden . Generell sollte genauer deklariert sein wofür man bezahlt Pro Nacht oder pro Person, dass war sehr irritierend.... Ansonsten war die Agentur sehr nett.

Ostseeurlaub mit Hund

Wir haben 10 Tage mit Hund auf dem schönen Darß verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war optimal für uns, sehr schön gelegen und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
