THINGS TO KNOW
The fireplace is not operable.
Eight wristbands and two parking passes will be provided. The wristbands are for access to the property and property amenities only and must be worn by all occupants. They are not for other activities such as admittance to Schlitterbahn or for tube rentals.Wristbands must be returned to the red basket in unit or there will be a charge for each missing or damaged band.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very comfortable place in a good location

We stayed at this property while visiting relatives in New Braunfels. Plenty of room-especially appreciated the primary bed being separate from the smaller bedrooms. Very comfortable beds! Pretty small kitchen if you were actually cooking much. Very convenient location for NB activities and access to I35 to get down to San Antonio. One caution: steep stairs up to the condo would be challenge for mobility impaired folks.

Great place right on the river

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed here Mother's Day weekend with my sons and their families. Our plans included Schlitterbaun which was literally a hop, skip, and jump away. Location couldn't have been much better for our trip plans. Only issue was parking. We had 3 families staying at a 3 bedroom condo but only allowed 2 free parking spaces. This may keep us from staying again if we are in the same predicament. I did not deduct any stars as we were aware that 2 parking spots were free, but assumed (an error on our part) there was additional parking for a small fee. There was not. Overall, the condominium was clean and comfortable. Hot water, cold air-conditioning, clean, and comfy beds.

Won't stay w VACASA again

Needs a deep clean. Dresser drawers fell apart upon opening, had to bang them back together, door in back bathroom just hanging, advertised w a view - nope. Bedding isn't clean, lamp cracked in bedroom and all of them needed dusting. The dining room light is greasy and dusty. Contacted property mgt. Said they'd get back to me. Never heard from them. I explained these things to VACASA and submitted a low rating. Tried to submit my review and it wouldn't send. Disappointing company standards.
