The spacious 2 room apartment with balcony and large roof terrace located directly on the spa park of Sellin is only a few minutes walk from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. From the quiet side street restaurants and shopping are easily accessible. The sunny balcony and the spacious roof terrace invite you to sunbathe. Wilhelmstraße with its shops and restaurants is only a few minutes away from the property. For the little ones is also taken care of. Cot and high chair and children's dishes are available.
