The with much love to the detail country typical furnished, free-standing, light-flooded house lies in an all-day sunny, very quiet panoramic situation approx. 2 km south of Cannobio and from the public sandy beach with park distance. The special charm of this property is, inter alia, in the approximately 400 m² terrace plot with wine pergola, in which you can admire flower dreams of azaleas, rhododendrons and other Mediterranean plants. From the house, from the two sun terraces and from the garden plot you can enjoy a fantastic view of the 150 m distant lake and the opposite mountains, villages and towns. A hiking trail is located directly behind the house. Here it is not difficult to leave the burden of everyday life behind and recharge your batteries for new challenges. You can park your car comfortably on one of the two private parking spaces located approx. 50 m from the house.

Eine super schöne Woche am Lago Maggoire

Die Wohnung bietet wirklich alles was man braucht. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Morgens Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den See, abends ins schöne Städtchen Cannobio zum Abendessen. Die Woche am Lago war super.

Erholung pur

Das Haus ist wunderschön, trotzdem es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Zwei super Terrassen, viele lauschige Eckchen. Schade, dass die Bäume und Sträucher im Garten nicht zurückgeschnitten werden. Wahnsinns Aussicht. Der Privatweg zum Haus ist heftig.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Unser Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit bester Aussicht über den See und dem traumhaft angelegten Garten waren pure Erholung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Besonders die Kapselmaschine die sehr leckeren Kaffee zubereitet, fanden wir top! Die Wanderwege hinter dem Haus sind ein super Naturerlebnis! Unser Hund hatte ebenfalls viel Freude daran diese zu erkunden und in den kleinen Bachläufen zu toben. Vielen Dank an den sehr netten Vermieter für die schönen Tage in Ihrem Haus! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft

ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der große Garten war sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was irgendwie den Charme der Wohnung auffing. Da wird aufgrund von Defekten aber wohl noch das ein oder andere Gerät ausgetauscht. Sehr freundlicher (deutscher) Gastgeber, der immer um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt der Gäste bemüht ist. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, noch besser als die Fotos versprechen. Die Lage mitten im Grün, so nah am See ist ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Sehr empfehlenswert!
