Wir waren ja schon 2x in diesem Ferienhaus. Kennen dadurch die Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Diese ist in Ordnung und ausreichend. Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnbereich ( Couch u. Sessel ) sollten erneurt werden. Sie sind schon sehr abgenutzt. Oben im linken Schlafzimmer sollte der Teppichboden erneuert oder professionell gereinigt werden. Ansonsten fanden wir im Haus keine Beanstandung.

Fußmarsch zum Parkplatz und nicht wirklich sauber

Ich habe mit 2 kleinen Kindern in der Unterkunft Urlaub gemacht. (1&3Jahre) Im Angebot war leider nur geschrieben, das ein Parkplatz vorhanden ist, nicht aber, dass sich dieser am Anfang der Anlage befindet.(Ich hatte das vorletzte FH) Direkt am Haus parken war nicht möglich, auch nicht, obwohl die komplette Anlage nicht belegt war. (Urlaub im Monat März) In der Unterkunft selber war es relativ sauber, aber benutzen sie auf keinen Fall den Staubsauger!! Dieser hat eher den Ostseesand wieder herausgeblasen, als das er gesaugt hat. Nehmen sie lieber einen Besen, der eigentlich auch grunderneuert werden müsste. Spinnweben waren im Haus auch - an den Bildern, hinter den Türen, unter der Toilette. Das Hauptbad mit Waschmaschine war sauber, im Gegensatz zum Gäste-WC. In der Küche war soweit alles vorhanden und auch funktionstüchtig. Es war an und für sich alles ok, aber noch einmal in diese Unterkunft, nein.
