Ruhige und bodenständige Anlage (aber abgewohnt)

Die Wohnung war ruhig und mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet. Überzeugen konnte hier am ehesten die günstige Lage und die Ruhe! Die Wohnung könnte aber eine Grundrenovierung vertragen; viele Möbel, Geräte und die Installationen sind sicherlich 30-40 Jahre alt und nur noch funktional. Das Bett beispielsweise knarrt erbärmlich und ist zu hart; funzelige Beleuchtung, etc. Auch das Wespennest oberhalb der Schlafraumfenster lässt auf eher oberflächliche Objektpflege schließen. Sehr positiv: Der Vermieter war super erreichbar und kümmerte sich um unsere Anliegen.
