Relaxing Cabin Retreat for 2 on Pond short drive to Fair Haven Beach

Enjoy a Romantic Cabin retreat at the Cozy Pine @ CottonWood Camp! A quaint and charming Cabin sitting on almost 10 acres overlooking a small pond. This cabin is completely off-grid. We use batteries, solar and generator to Power minimal things.

Enjoy the following:

*Queen Size Memory Foam Mattress with a 4” baffflebox feather topper. Luxury Egyptian Cotton Sheets, Luxury pillows, feather down comforter with duvet.

*indoor Coffee bar with indoor cook top/oven. Propane included. Coffee , sugar & creamer , 1 gallon of coffee water is provided . Percolator style coffee maker and water kettle available

*kitchenette - We provide very basics for indoor cooking. Olive oil spray, salt & pepper. Table setting for four (plates, bowls, cups, utensils). One sauce pot , one small frying pan, one medium frying pan. Only to be used over stove pot and never over fires or grill. Cooking utensils. Can opener. Salad bowl. A two burner stove is available to use inside

*window seating for eating, drinking and playing games

*interior wall propane heat source with open flame for ambience. Heats up the cabin nicely to get you toasty & cozy

* 32” Smart Tv with BlueRay/DVD player with 20 videos on site. Note:no internet - operates through generator

*Window unit air conditioner available June-September- ran by generator

* fire pit with supply of wood 🪵 for each night booked. May purchase more onsite $4 for 5 pieces
*Access to fishing 🎣 Catch and release only - blue gills, perch, bullhead
*kayaks and paddle boat
*steel counter for food prep
* Firetable on front porch (up to 2 hr use per night)
*Quiet Generator is available should you want and need to use it. Up to 4 hrs max per day.
*outdoor propane grill/griddle/pizza oven
*starter citronella for torch use
*One thermocell mosquito lantern good for up to ten ft of diameter of coverage

Enjoy a state park pass to go to Fair Haven Beach State Park or Chimney Bluffs State Park.

*Verizon cell phone tower nearby for great reception. However, AT& T and Sprint service is spotty for reception at this location.

* Please note this is an outdoor Glamping camping experience off grid and what you may be used to for full amenities may not be available here at this cabin. This experience may not be suited for those that do not like nature. Requires a tolerance for bugs, spiders, mosquitoes, mice and wildlife encounters: deer, rabbits, fox, turkeys, coyotes, snakes. We do our best to provide fly traps, spray using non good chemicals against spiders and other insects. We provide some citronella and a thermocell lantern to help keep mosquitoes away.

This is a private camping area but you will be sharing the property with a cottage nearby. We ask that they be mindful of you as your be mindful of them. Quiet time is 9pm

Dog Information :
-dog must be friendly with no history of violence
-we advise your pet be up
To date on vaccines including rabies.
-must pick up after dogs feces with proper dog poop bags
- Poop Bags should only be placed into covered trash cans
- dog should never be allowed to stay in cabin or on property by itself for any amount of time. Animal must be with owner at all times.
- dog must not be yippy or constantly barking as to disturb neighboring vacation renters or other neighbors
- You will be fully responsible for any damage made to bedding, pillows, or anything destroyed because of muddy paws, chewing, urinating , etc
