Our family enjoyed staying here during our spring break trip. It was perfect for what we needed, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a kitchen space for preparing meals. The property was clean, and the communication was excellent. We would gladly stay again.
Very nice house in great location. A bit of a walk to downtown, but really enjoyed the walks. Very clean and comfortable beds. Would stay again!

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Poor communication with host, never answered questions at stay. No internet available, could not use TV. Silverware and utensils put away unclean. Cabinets unclean. Refrigerator smelled. Toilet tank refilling made loud noise. Tub/shower did not drain well. Across from hospital.
Overall a fine place to stay. Quick walk to a number of great spots in TC and short drive to everything else. Space was clean and spacious enough for 2 couples and our fifth wheel.
Overall a great experience. Stayed with a couple friends for the Iceman Cometh mountain bike race and plenty of space for all three of us and had all we needed. Within walking distance of quite a few restaurants and breweries. Definitely would recommend.
The house was larger than expected which was awesome for 4 adults and a 2.5 yr old. We were there to visit my daughter so I'm unable to talk about proximity to the downtown area. We arrived when major snow was falling so I contacted the host and the snow was removed the next day. I would definitely stay here again. Well worth it.
On a sister trip to Traverse City, we stayed at this wonderful property. The location is great and the home was in great condition and as in the pictures. All of us would not hesitate to stay at this property again in the future.
Very clean! Our family of 6 had everything we needed here! Having a washer and dryer plus kitchen utensils and coffee provided was a life saver!! Beautiful home!
The house was beautiful. It was close to downtown, restaurants, and Turtle Creek ball diamond. We like to cook our own food and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The two most important aspects are good beds and a clean house. This place scored top ratings on both!!
We came to TC to attend the Cherry Festival, myself, my spouse, my 2 grown sons and their girlfriends. The property is on a very nice tree lined street, and within walking distance to the festival and the shoreline as well as coffee shops, CVS and restaurants. It was a great stay.
House was clean however bathroom supplies for the weekend were low for 6 people, bath tub drain was slow and the oven door did not lock so unable to use oven. Location was great and if the above items were fixed we would stay again
Came to spend Christmas with son and daughter-in-law. Located minutes away from their apartment. Easy access to walking trails, Christmas lights and quaint shops!!
