The beautiful and new construction sits on 11 acres on the hilltop with a million-dollar view overlooking the gorgeous Fredericksburg hills and valleys. It offers a remote location on Flying Ranch, perfect for those who need to get away from it all; however, you are only 14.5 miles from the heart of Fredericksburg.

This cabin features an inviting front and back porch to sit and relax on - the provided gas grill is perfect for warm-weather barbecues with your group. When lounging outside, you are welcome to feed the deer some corn if they show up. Inside, you will find a cozy living space with sofas, a TV with DirecTV, and an electric fireplace; a four-person dining table; and a fully appointed kitchen with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker.

Enjoy the Crabapple Creek on Kesse Rd to sit and relax with beautiful rocks to walk and sit in the water. You're just four miles away from the old General Store/Frontier Outpost - stop by, grab a cold drink and enjoy listening to music on weekend nights.

THINGS TO KNOW
The full kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
Water conservation is encouraged as the home uses water tanks.
Hunting is prohibited on the property, as are ATVs and other off-road vehicles.
There are feeding areas for deer on the property.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
