Less than 1/4 mile (6 blocks) from Main St in quiet neighborhood. Private entrance with covered porch for morning coffee or afternoon "wine down." Separate fenced yard for the fur baby or play ball on the main lawn. Open concept living/dining with a fully stocked kitchenette. 2 relaxing recliners. Separate dining table with 2 chairs. Roku streaming TV with tons of channels. Comfy queen bed. Private bath has huge 3x5 shower with rainhead and plenty of extra towels tucked away in the vanity. And their is a tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water:) Meet the owners out on the shared deck and make new friends... or enjoy your privacy... whatever you decide you will love this little charmer.

Property was IMMACULATE! Loved the cozy feel as well as the decor. The hosts were AMAZING! Made our stay very memorable. Fredericksburg is a great town for many things, but when you top it off with such a great host and place to stay, it makes it a perfect weekend.

Our get away

Amazing, had a really good time. The Casita was really nice and comfy. We liked that there is a special place for your pet to go and do its things. Also location could many be better, close to Main, where everything is. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay

My partner and I had a fantastic 5 day stay here with our 2 dogs. It was comfortable, quiet, and came with everything we could have wanted. Will definitely look at staying here again on our next trip.

Great Space & Close to Main Street!

The Casita was perfect for my husband and I. The space is very well done and the check in process was seamless and easy. The property is less than 5 minutes to Main Street - highly recommend and would stay here again!

Nice Spot in FBG

We really enjoyed our stay. The property manager had thought of every single little detail that a person (or couple) might need, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Great time and a fabulous welcoming cottage. Enjoyed privacy at a place where the owners left the lights on for us after a long road trip. They even had some sparkling wine ready for us. Would eagerly stay there again. Thanks for a great weekend.

A perfect getaway

We planned a last minute getaway to Fredericksburg to celebrate our anniversary and this casita was a delight. It had everything we could have possibly needed and the decor was fresh and cute. Tara and her husband were great hosts and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and wineries. We had a lovely stay!

Don’t hesitate to book-it’s a lovely place! The hosts made everything so easy and they are so sweet. The place is beautiful and so adorable. The bed and linens were so comfortable. They have everything you would need in the kitchenette. The bathroom towels so soft and lush. Would definitely recommend!

Quaint Casita

This is the perfect place for a couple and a couple of dogs. 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg. Parking, private walk, fenced yard for the dogs with poo station. We traveled with our Boston Terriers. There's plenty of room for setting up a kennel. Smart floorplan. We will return!

We really got lucky with our booking

We booked this fantastic Casita very last minute and only got the booking as a result of cancellation.The Casita was perfect and pictures don't do it justice. Well equipped, extremely clean and comfortable. The shower is large easily accessible and full size to detail just one strong feature!Tara our host was a great communicator both via text, email and during our stay. She was kind enough to greet us on arrival and walk through the nuances of the Casita electronics.If you have pets then this is perfect for you with a secure gated designated pet area where they can do their business without concerns.I can't recommend this location more and should we return to Fredericksburg in the future this accommodation will be top of my list.Thank you Tara and Jeff!

The property was perfect. Well appointed. Better than described. The outside porch and deck, combined with extraordinary weather was a dream. And the host was extremely attentive! A 5 star rating just isn’t enough!

This little cottage is the cutest. Everything you need is there. When you think there’s something you forgot, be assure, it’s probably in a little drawer around there. So quint and cozy. I’ll be back!!!

Just Perfect!!!

New and beautiful! Comfy bed, fluffy towels, great TV and apps. Love the decor! Our little puppy was welcome to stay and had her own private little backyard. The Casita is close to downtown. The host are absolutely wonderful and right there if you need anything at all – of course youwon’t, because Tara thought of everything! We will return!

PERFECTION!!!

Where do I even begin... Jeff and Tara have thought of everything! Tara has amazing taste when it comes to decorating and thinking of the smallest detail. We have stayed at A LOT of VRBOs and this hands down was the BEST!!! It was a little home away from home and we did not want to leave. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the amazing weekend!!!

We got in late and not only did Tara leave the light on for us but she waited up for us and greeted us with the friendliest smile! She was so helpful and thorough with helping us create the perfect weekend for my husbands birthday. Every one of her suggestions and recommendations were fabulous finds for food, atmosphere, and drink! This was also the most perfect setup for our little pup as a traveler too! We will be back !
