Welcome to the Santiago Casa! This Gorgeous and Adorable Casita is a pure Fredericksburg luxury home that has been completely decorated and set for your experience! This beautiful home is right on Main Street, making it the perfect location to enjoy the lively and historic Downtown Fredericksburg!
This stunning casita has one gorgeous bedroom and one bathroom. This beautiful Texas home comes with a spacious kitchenette with all the appliances and dining space you need making it the best place for you and you to relax after a long day of shopping!
Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family member. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:
Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-This unit will allow one pet that is 20 lbs or under.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.
