Perfect place to chill out

We had a great time in Pompano Beach! The house was clean and roomy, with everything we needed for our short stay. The area was quiet and felt safe, plus it was really close to Walmart and some restaurants. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The property was clean and in good order (other than the dishwasher not being operational during outlet stay) and the host was responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Be aware that you don’t have the full house to yourself as there are tenants in small apartments on either side of the house. We would stay here again.

SUPER CLEAN

We had an issue after check-in, and Darren was right on top of it. He is a very concerned, attentive host. Great communication. Loved Pompano Beach and this location is very convenient.

Living like a local

This is our third time renting a VRBO in Florida. This time we wanted to be away from all the tourist areas and live like a local. This house and community gave us just that. So diverse and lively. The house was perfect for us. It had what we needed when we arrived but with so much close by we settled in for our two months. The hosts and property manager Grace were all great.

Dan and Ann were wondering guest! They followed all the rules, communicated with us, and left the house in exceptional condition. We would definitely host them again.

Little house in authentic surroundings

Simple little house in authentic surroundings Just as we wanted, outside of the normal tourist areas. Everything that makes up South Florida is easy to reach with a rental car. Key West 4-5 hours, Miami 1 hour, Everglades 0.5 hours. Hosts were helpful and would certainly have been there if there were any problems.

Serves it purpose

Decent place in a neighborhood about 3 miles from beach. Served its purpose for a place to stay at night since we weren’t around the house much. TVs in each room. Being with females, they could have used more countertop / storage space in bathroom & re-allocated TV money towards countertop space. Otherwise OK place for the money.

It was a good Value for the money. I am a light sleeper and the ceiling fans were loud. ( At least to me) I thought I was getting true 3 bedroom. There were (2) rooms and one had 2 beds in it. The kitchen was well stocked. There are some minor repairs that need doing. ( like the front door handle was loose). Overall the place was fine.

Was expecting More

I was hoping that since we were first time guests that they would accommodate our request for additional towels and additional blankets. There were 2 grown males and 3 college females, in essence 2 fathers taking their daughters on a spring break vacation. One father had to sleep on the sofa and there was not additional linen and blankets provided upon request. That was explained to the owner but they did not care to honor our request. The home was clean and the assistant was friendly.

I’m so happy you loved the house and it was a pleasure having you stay in our place. We always leave enough essentials as a courtesy such as toilet paper and soap in the house for a few days. We leave it up to our guests to buy the brands they prefer when renting the house for several weeks. We can’t wait to see you again! Lots of love from Florida.
