Ty is a great host. The apartment was very good and comfortable. Ty was always a phone call or post away. I asked for a few things and got them immediately. On arrival we had a nice bottle of wine in the fridge. The location of the unit was very near The Duke Caring House and medical center. Ty's place is in a very safe quiet neighborhood, very close to markets and many eating places. Definitely would stay again! Thank you TY!!

The condo was in a great location - close to restaurants and to my family.The condo was very nicely furnished and had plenty of nice towels. The kitchen had all the tools that we needed. We liked the ground floor location and also the covered patio with table and chairs. The host was friendly, responsive and easily contacted through the app. The check-in and checkout procedures were clear and simple. I would not hesitate to book here again or recommend it to anyone.

Close to Duke

My wife and her daughters stayed for a few days while I was hospitalized - perfect location. Had plenty of water and drinks available and communication with manager was great. Some written information on departure procedures would have been helpful. Overall, it served our purposes very nicely. Much better than a hotel.

Quiet Durham Neighborhood

We spent a week in Durham just for fun! We love NC!We have stayed in many VRBO and Airbnb properties before. So I can honestly say this one was pretty good.It was well furnished. The comfort of the beds was okay. The bathroom was clean with nice bath towels. The kitchen supplied the basics. A cookie sheet or pizza pan would have been nice. A check in/check out book with instructions, list of things to do and places to eat would be helpful.We did find a couple of spots, for breakfast, the Flying Biscuit, and for dinner, the Saltbox.We had a fantastic time!
