With 5 bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 king sleeper sofa, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa) and 3.5 bathrooms, this house easily sleeps 10 people. The house offers amazing views of mountains and lake / Gross Reservoir and multiple beautifully-designed patios for relaxing and entertaining (with natural gas grill). The location of the house in the Flagstaff neighborhood is Ideal for outdoor activities, such as hiking, road biking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, off-roading, show shoeing and cross-country skiing. The house is also designed to facilitate working remotely with multiple indoor and outdoor working spaces with high-speed internet. The beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park is only 60 minutes away. And premier ski resorts of Colorado, such as Vail, beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Winter Park, etc. are about 2.5 hours from the mountain house.
