3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in a quiet but developing N W part of Cape Coral. The home has a nice lanai with a heated pool and is within walking distance to 7eleven.
5 minutes to Farmer Joe’s, Aldi’s, Walmart grocery and Kohls. 10 mins to Matlacha where you can kayak or rent a boat to go fishing.
20 mins to the yacht club and Cape beach. 40 mins to RSW airport and Sanibel.
Close to Parks and Golf courses and many great restaurants.

Enjoyable stay in Cape Coral

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral! The house was beautiful and very clean and accomodating for our needs! The pool and outside area was a huge draw for us and we spent many hours there! We did have one issue, however Doris was quite to resolve it! We would recommend this place as it's close to shopping and beaches too!

House was as listed .Owner responded to any problems or questions which were few promptly. Everything you needed was provided. Restaurants, Beaches and Golf were close by. Overall a great first experience for Cape Coral area.
