The property is suitable for business travellers with it's excellent road links and families visiting the area or people in-between moving house and waiting for the final pieces of the jigsaw to fall into place.

I welcome families with infants, but please be aware I do not have any stair gates and there are 2 sets of stairs. Also, there is no cot in the premises, but I can provide a travel cot for £10 for the duration of your stay.

The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, a gas hob and electric over.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, double wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and night lights, dressing table and mirror, TV and en-suite

The 2nd bedroom has either twin beds or a king size bed, clothes storage, 2 bedside tables and night lights.

The 3rd bedroom has a single bed, bedside table, night light and single wardrobe.

The property is fitted with a device which monitors the noise level, temperature, the number of people in the property, motion within the property, the humidity and moisture. All of these can be checked remotely in real time and the device is programmed to alert us if any of the items monitored exceed a programmed threshold.

Guest access
During your stay you will have access to the whole property (but not the loft or the outside storage), including the off road allocated parking space.
