The location couldn't be better: Just 20 meters from the sea, this apartment offers a breathtaking view of the harbor and the Schlei fjord. Here you can enjoy the fresh sea air and truly unwind.
The living area has a loft-like design and features a comfortable sofa as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen. This includes a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The dining area invites you to enjoy meals together, while a cozy sitting area with a sofa and an armchair is perfect for relaxing after an eventful day and enjoying a movie on the digital TV.
The apartment is ideal for enjoying meals together. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). A comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides an additional sleeping option for one person. Blackout curtains are available in both the bedroom and living room.
The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the comfort.

Wir machen schon seit mehr als 30 Jahren Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen. Meine Frau und ich sind uns einig das war die schönste, beste eingerichtete und sauberste die wir in den Jahren hatten. Es ist alles aber auch wirklich alles vorhanden. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar und auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man bei einer Tasse Tee auf dem großen Sessel die Umgebung genießen. Es gibt hier nichts mehr zu verbessern Alles Top Note 1+++

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Nachts ist sehr ruhig, lediglich die Müllentsorgung anderer Gäste zu unmöglichen Zeit ist unangenehm. Als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren ist Olpenitz gut geeignet und die Nähe zur Ostsee ist auch vorteilhaft.
