Both are active in their church and find the condo to be a great place for spiritual rejuvenation.

Why they chose this property

It has the benefits of a condo but is like a river cottage. All amenities are nearby, but you have the seclusion of being in the wilderness in Florida's Nature Coast, a preserve totally different than the beaches further south. Manatees and dolphins are abundant and the fishing is outstanding. We have a pool and tennis court for your enjoyment. The private dock is a great place to relax and watch the fish and manatees.
