Vivaldi's house I is part of our small guest house with 4 apartments. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartment has a basement with a washing machine and dryer. Guests can relax in our large garden with seating. If necessary, the apartment can be redesigned so that it can be used as a shared apartment. In this case, guests have 2 cozy rooms that are separated from each other by a door. A cozy kitchen and bathroom can be used together.
The location is perfect for anyone working at the university or right in the center. Due to the nearby bus stop - 150 m - there is no need for a car. Even shopping can be done without a car.
