The door code will be sent to you the day you check-in. We do this for your safety as well as the safety of our previous guest. Only one guest door code is active at any given time. The entire home is available for you to utilize. I am always available to you should any issues or concerns arise. The other half of the duplex has a long term tenant who you are unlikely to see and is very quiet, but should you see him, he is pleasant and personable. However, should a guest try to have a party or violate the house rules in any other way, they will let us know right away. Beautiful quiet area with local parks, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. Wake up and walk to some of the best coffee shops and brunch hot spots in Savannah! Parking is not an issue. You can park in front or on the side, street parking is free and readily available.
