Fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy the peace and quiet of country living. The owners live on the property a quarter mile up the road from the farm house and are excessable 24/7 should you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable.

Family Weekend

Our family who lives in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio all met here to spend Easter weekend together. The hosts, house, and property vastly exceeded our expectations. From the first gracious welcoming text to through a goodbyes, we couldn't have asked for more.

Peaceful Retreat

This property was exactly what we needed for this trip! We will definitely be returning. It was minutes away from the Sherwood Forest Faire and a great place to relax in between attending the festival. Everything from the dog welcoming committee, the human host, and the gorgeous property were just splendid. By far the best host I've ever had.

We had a wonderful time. The owners were wonderful the house was great and the view was relaxing and we could not have stayed in a sweeter place. The owner was Ryan on the spot for anything we needed.

Cozy and adorable acreage retreat

We absolutely loved our stay and the hosts were so kind. The house was so cute, clean and setup with everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and hanging out on the dock. Our labs and us absolutely loved all the space to roam and walk.

Sisters' Getaway

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was a cold, cold, wet weekend but we were snug and warm. It was so close to town that we ran over for a couple of meals and a little shopping. I've stayed at other facilities and what I really appreciate about this one is that we didn't have to pay a cleaning fee and then be directed to clean the house! Very easy, reasonable instructions to simply strip the beds we slept in. The hosts could not have been more accessible, accommodating and kind. We hope to come back during warmer weather and take advantage of the pond and outside spaces. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Secluded Stay with 5 Star Hospitality

We really enjoyed staying here while shopping during the Round Top Fall Antique Week. The place is not far from all the activity and is a nice retreat from all the people. The owners are very attentive and make sure you have everything you need. There is plenty of space and we loved waking up to a beautiful view and some friendly pups coming by to say good morning. We recommend staying here!

Perfect getaway

The best thing about this place is everything! The antique-filled farm house has everything you need to stay cool and cozy. My teens loved the dock and pond. We even had a 4-legged visitor who would hang out with us down at the dock. The owners were amazing and went above and beyond. We are grateful for our stay and memories there.

Beautiful and peaceful

This was an amazing get away. The pond was so pretty and my son loved playing with the fur babies. The house is fully equipped with plenty of room. Not very far from Giddings and some great antique shops. We will absolutely return in the future.

Great Stay in Giddings!

We had a fantastic weekend! We got up late on Friday night. Communication with the owner was great and everything was set up for us. One of us had an event on Saturday and the other explored the property with our 3 boys and dog. That night we warmed up by the firepit. There was plenty of room for all of us and we look forward to staying there again the next time we’re in town.

Comfortable home - Near Roundtop - Quiet rural setting

I had a lovely stay for the Roundtop Antiques Fair, which is a quick 20 minute drive. The home is spacious with room for a large group, 3+ bedrooms (five beds, two trundles) and two bathrooms. The quiet setting next to a pond is beautiful. The place has everything you need and the host is very responsive and helpful. Plus a good value, I would definitely come back!

Quiet getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this peaceful country property. The home was very clean and comfortable. The bed we slept in was clean and soft. It was like sleeping at our own home. Ryan communicated with us before we left and during our stay. We knew exactly what to expect and how everything worked inside the house. We were in for the Round top antique show, and was in close proximity to all of the towns involved with the show. I wish we could give this property and Ryan the host more than 5 stars.

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable

Just what we need. Quiet, Clean and Comfortable. We go to Giddings twice a year for three days and this place is just what we needed to unwind and the end of a hard day. The owners were great at responding to any questions we had before arriving. We will be staying here next time for sure.

Cabin by the pond

Everything was awesome. A quiet country setting and really clean. The homeowner was so good about answering our texts and making sure we had everything we needed. We brought some of our family back to the cabin after the Celebration of Life we had for our niece. This included some children that had a great time fishing in the pond.

Family Gathering

My only complaint was that the owner didn't turn the AC on before we arrived as he said he would. Outside tempature was over 100 so it was miserable the first couple of hours in the place. Otherwise things went smoothly.
