The owners live on the property a quarter mile up the road from the farm house and are excessable 24/7 should you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable.

Mini Vacation

Our stay was incredible! We were so happy to have found this amazing home and land. It was so peaceful and so much fun, the pond was a great way to cool off, the fire pit with the stars above was relaxing and the dogs brought smiles to our faces. We can’t wait to return.

Awesome weekend getaway

Fabulous property, caught some fish in the pond (including one on the first cast!), kids loved swimming in the pond. The Host was awesome and we will recommend this spot to our friends for the future. Outstanding stay and wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Lee County Texas.

Perfect getaway

The best thing about this place is everything! The antique-filled farm house has everything you need to stay cool and cozy. My teens loved the dock and pond. We even had a 4-legged visitor who would hang out with us down at the dock. The owners were amazing and went above and beyond. We are grateful for our stay and memories there.

Comfortable home - Near Roundtop - Quiet rural setting

I had a lovely stay for the Roundtop Antiques Fair, which is a quick 20 minute drive. The home is spacious with room for a large group, 3+ bedrooms (five beds, two trundles) and two bathrooms. The quiet setting next to a pond is beautiful. The place has everything you need and the host is very responsive and helpful. Plus a good value, I would definitely come back!

Peace of the countryside

Beautiful little country home. Plenty of beds. Quiet piece of property with a beautiful layout from home to pond. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pond, jumping off the deck and swinging from the rope swing. Host family was very helpful and was very quick to respond to any requests. The house was mere minutes away from the race track which was very much appreciated after long days and nights racing in the Texas heat. We absolutely would stay again 10/10

Quiet getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this peaceful country property. The home was very clean and comfortable. The bed we slept in was clean and soft. It was like sleeping at our own home. Ryan communicated with us before we left and during our stay. We knew exactly what to expect and how everything worked inside the house. We were in for the Round top antique show, and was in close proximity to all of the towns involved with the show. I wish we could give this property and Ryan the host more than 5 stars.

We had a great and relaxing trip at the cabin. Cabin is stocked with everything you would need to be comfortable and is close to Giddings and Bastrop if you want to get something to eat or do a little shopping. To be able to bring our dogs to enjoy the property and jump in the pond was a real treat. The pond was also a real treat for my daughter and her friend and ourselves to cool off in and catch a couple of fish. Host was quick to communicate and answer any questions while still giving us our privacy. Would've liked to have met the host maybe next time as I plan on going back as soon as I can.

Family Weekend

Our family who lives in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio all met here to spend Easter weekend together. The hosts, house, and property vastly exceeded our expectations. From the first gracious welcoming text to through a goodbyes, we couldn't have asked for more.

Peaceful Retreat

This property was exactly what we needed for this trip! We will definitely be returning. It was minutes away from the Sherwood Forest Faire and a great place to relax in between attending the festival. Everything from the dog welcoming committee, the human host, and the gorgeous property were just splendid. By far the best host I've ever had.

Cozy and adorable acreage retreat

We absolutely loved our stay and the hosts were so kind. The house was so cute, clean and setup with everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and hanging out on the dock. Our labs and us absolutely loved all the space to roam and walk.

Sisters' Getaway

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was a cold, cold, wet weekend but we were snug and warm. It was so close to town that we ran over for a couple of meals and a little shopping. I've stayed at other facilities and what I really appreciate about this one is that we didn't have to pay a cleaning fee and then be directed to clean the house! Very easy, reasonable instructions to simply strip the beds we slept in. The hosts could not have been more accessible, accommodating and kind. We hope to come back during warmer weather and take advantage of the pond and outside spaces. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Secluded Stay with 5 Star Hospitality

We really enjoyed staying here while shopping during the Round Top Fall Antique Week. The place is not far from all the activity and is a nice retreat from all the people. The owners are very attentive and make sure you have everything you need. There is plenty of space and we loved waking up to a beautiful view and some friendly pups coming by to say good morning. We recommend staying here!
