In winter, there is a ski storage room with ski boot dryer. Parking is available in front of the house. The central location indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts and tennis courts, as well as various shops such as bakers, supermarkets are within a few minutes walk. At the same time the house is an ideal starting point for various excursions and hikes.
