At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Ruhige Wohnung in Ortsmitte von Prerow

Die Wohnhaus in der Mühlstraße war leicht zu finden und auch die Agentur die den Schlüssel ausgab. Die FeWo war sehr gut eingerichtet. Küche war mit allen notwendigen Küchengeräten, Besteck, Geschirr und Gläsern bestückt. Da wir 11 Übernachtungen hatten, waren die 2 Geschirrspültabs etwas zu wenig, aber mit Handspülen ging es auch, da ein Spülbecken vorhanden war. Zum Edeka oder Penny-Markt war es nicht weit ca. 300 Meter. Fahrradverleiher gibt es jede Menge im Ort. Leider war es am Abend manchmal schwer, spontan einen Platz in einem Spezialitäten-Restaurant zu bekommen. Am besten ist man reserviert vorher die Plätze, wenn man sicher gehen will. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant "Binnen und Buten" am Hauptübergang zum Strand. Da viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Woche Ruhetage haben, sollte man sich vorher im Internet informieren. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub in Prerow sehr gefallen und wir kommen sicher bald wieder.

Gesamteindruck sehr positiv

Der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung ist sehr positiv. Es gab mit der Heizung ein paar Probleme, um die sich der Vermieter aber immer unmittelbar nach der Info gekümmert hat.

Passend für einwöchige Auszeit

Wohnung geräumig, gemütlich und angemessen eingerichtet. Kurze Übersicht z.B. als laminierte DIN A 4-Seite mit notwendigen Hinweisen (etwa WLAN-Zugang und PW etc) wäre sinnvoll. Fehlender Wäscheständer wurde umgehend besorgt und geliefert. Aufmerksames Management!

Wie haben genossen von der schönen Umgebung, den Kranichen und der zentralen Lage des Hauses. Das Appartement ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderung und Radtouren in den Nationalpark Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet sodass Selbstversorgung gut möglich ist. Wir können das Appartement sehr empfehlen.
