Apartment in the green south of Berlin. Bright, spacious apartment in the 1st. First floor with private entrance, sunny south-facing terrace, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.
Ideal for For families with up to 2 children who, after exciting city experiences, seek peace and quiet in a quiet environment.
A bedroom with double bed 1.40 x 2.00 m. A bedroom in the attic with double bed 1,20 x 2,00 m, access via a Tripp-Trapp staircase. Kitchen with everything you / woman needs.
By car you are in about 15 - 20 minutes in the City West or City East. By bus and train it takes about 30 minutes.
A car parking lot is available if required.
In the neighborhood there are all shops for daily needs. The nearest supermarket or bus stop is 300 meters away. Restaurants (Croatian, Italian, Nepali) are also within walking distance.
The Britzer Garten (former Federal Garden Show) is a 10-minute walk away.
If required, we, or our friends, are always ready to help and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We immediatly felt at home at the spacious and bright appartement. Very clean and comfortable in a quiet environment. Supermarkets nearby. Easy to go by bus and ubahn to the city. The communication with Pedro was top, very friendly and he gave us lots of tips. We stayed 7 days and even then we had time to short to visit and taste them all. Even when then weather was bad we didn’t get bored. We would like to come back!

Gut eingerichtet, sehr praktisch, man fühlt sich wie daheim
Objekt liegt in einer angenehmen Eigenheimsiedlung, etwas von der Straße zurückgezogen, so dass man die Koffer und den Einkauf erst über einen Fußweg bis zum Eingang transportieren muss. Der Eigentuemer stellt jedoch einen Parkplatz für den PKW zur Verfügung, so dass immer weiß wo man den Wagen abstellen kann, so dass dies keinen großen Aufwand darstellt.
Die Bushaltestelle liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass wir den PKW kaum genutzt haben.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und verfügt über eine kleine einladende Terrasse für das morgendliche Frühstück, die wir genossen haben.
Leider gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank für die mitgebrachte Kleidung, die man auf einen Kleiderständer aufhängen kann oder im Koffer belässt. Da wir uns 4 Wochen in Deutschland aufhalten, hat uns nur eine Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner gefehlt. Aber der Eigentümer hat uns angeboten, unsere Wäsche bei Bedarf für uns zu waschen.
Wir haben eine sehr schöne unvergessliche Woche in Berlin verbracht und wurden zu Beginn liebevoll von den Eigentümern beraten und eingeführt. Wir würden jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder wählen, wenn und der Weg wieder nach Berlin führen sollte.

Eine tolle Wohnung im Grünen
Supernette und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter :)
Küche komplett ausgestattet. Große helle Räume und ein wunderschöner überdachter Balkon.
Etwas außerhalb, aber in einer grünen ruhigen Wohngegend mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Berlin ganz anders
Wir hatten zu viert schöne fünf Tage in Berlin und können die großzügige Wohnung bestens empfehlen. Sie liegt im ersten Stock eines Zweifamilienhauses in einem wunderbar ruhigen Viertel Berlins und ist perfekt, um sich von Ausflügen in die pulsierende Stadt zu erholen.
Die ganze Wohnung und somit auch die Küche sind voll ausgestattet und bietet Selbstverpflegern alle Möglichkeiten, sich zu bekochen und Mahlzeiten entweder drinnen oder auf der wettergeschützten Terrasse zu genießen.
Wer, wie wir es machten, fast ausschließlich mit Fahrrädern durch die Stadt tourt wird viele Kilometer auf dem Sattel verbringen.
Die Vermieter waren super freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit.
