From our family to yours - the house was truly a labor of love, we offer this updated modern farmhouse home NESTLED BETWEEN BOTH LONG LAKE SANDY BEACHES. This is the perfect quiet getaway escape with plenty of space for your entire group and family to relax and reconnect. We are truly close to everything - Long Lake all water sports lake (we can recommend pontoon rental (**booked ahead of time ) and we provide 4 kayaks you can rent from us directly **liability form and a small fee applies), fishing, amazing wineries (It's Traverse City... Of course! ), tennis courts + community parks with play structures+ running track, Moomer's ice cream and farm, Jacob’s farm, Galagher’s farm, Great Wolf waterpark, Crystal Mt., downtown Traverse city, restaurants. - You name it, and it is all within 5-15min away!
**We offer a newer very spacious open floor plan house family owned - 2k+ sq ft RANCH with finished walk-out basement of the same size as a house (full of arcade games) on 1.2 acre secluded corner lot. 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 secluded spacious bedroom on the second floor, 2 full baths, Apple TV, Amazon Prime included service, amazon Alexa music, cozy gas fireplace, generous size fully equipped kitchen, balcony, kids' play structures in the yard, round fire pit for evening gatherings or s’mores with plenty of chairs to put around, bassinet for our little guests, high chair and much much more that is hard to list!

This is the family owned house used not only for rental, but also to accommodate the owners' family. Your host owners are the two adult professionals with three little kids (they are growing too fast though :)). This property was a long sought for as we were very particular about the place we wanted for our family. When we came across this place, we immediately fell in love with it thinking of the long term family estate and a quiet family and our guests retreat in the amazing neighborhood. This is a keeper for us and sure a must check out for our guests! We have worked hard to bring all the little details together to create this gem and plan to further perfection it (**we love attention to details)!

Why they chose this property

Why would you want to rent our place out of the ample variety of other places? This is a spacious ranch house with 1+ acre land that can welcome 8+ guests overnight. It is tastefully decorated with much attention to details inside and out. It is nestled between the two sandy beaches of Long Lake with the boat launch on one of them. The location is so amazing that it is practically close to anything. These are just some examples: Walk or short drive to the beach, 8min to Rove vineyard, 15 min to downtown, 8 min to the major retailers, 5 min to Moomers and Jacob's, 2 min to tennis courts and kids playgrounds (but we also have a playground in our yard), fishing, Crystal Mountain 30min, Sleeping Bear Dunes 30min, Boyne Mountain 1hr. As this is a family owned place, you can expect the warmth as you walk in, you can expect direct communication with the owner, you can expect your family memories made here - this is not a managed cookie cutter, this is a FAMILY loved estate!
