We do not have beach frontage and there is no beach access with our property. We do have a beautiful view of West Grand Traverse Bay.

The closest public beach access to the north is Boughey Park 2.6 miles and to the south Greilickville Harbor Park 4.3 miles.

Beautiful home in Leelanau County, 10 minutes north of Traverse City. In the heart of wine country, with marinas, beaches, and good restaurants nearby. Spacious open-concept with HGTV inspired decor. Completely renovated from head to toe. Beautiful new deck for outdoor dining, grilling, and gatherings. Three bedrooms - master with king bed and en-suite, 32” smart TV, and glass door to deck. Two guest bedrooms with queen beds. Multi purpose room with trundle bed sleeps two.

Very nice house to rent away from the business of Traverse City but close enough get anywhere in a short drive. We ledt something at the house and were contacted the day we left by the owners. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property north of TC

Very clean and nicely renovated. Outside could use some TLC, but the inside was gorgeous and very functional. Really nicely done. The kitchen is very big and super accommodating. Fred met us at check in and was very friendly and helpful. The view of the bay across the street is lovely. Lots of traffic on the road, but that's the location.
