We do not have beach frontage and there is no beach access with our property. We do have a beautiful view of West Grand Traverse Bay.

The closest public beach access to the north is Boughey Park 2.6 miles and to the south Greilickville Harbor Park 4.3 miles.

Beautiful home in Leelanau County, 10 minutes north of Traverse City. In the heart of wine country, with marinas, beaches, and good restaurants nearby. Spacious open-concept with HGTV inspired decor. Completely renovated from head to toe. Beautiful new deck for outdoor dining, grilling, and gatherings. Three bedrooms - master with king bed and en-suite, 32” smart TV, and glass door to deck. Two guest bedrooms with queen beds. Multi purpose room with trundle bed sleeps two.

House is very well taken care of. We could tell the owners put alot of time into ensuring it stays in good shape. The house is in a great location and my wife and I enjoyed just sitting on the porch enjoying the views of the water. Even being across the street you can still see plenty. TC is just down the street so very convenient. Great place!

It was centrally located to go to the marinas or sleeping bear dunes. Expect traffic to be bumper to bumper at times. The host had everything we needed, even a steamer basket for veggies. The only thing I had to buy was a pot scrubber. Had a barbacue grill and firepit out back. Very relaxing spot. We stripped beds when left and cleaned up kitchen, took out garbage, cleaned trash bins and put in new bags but did not take garbage can to road bc it was Sunday morning.
