About this property

Chic 2-room oasis of well-being with terrace & garden in Waldbronn

Dear guests,

Welcome to Waldbronn-Etzenrot.

A modern furnished garden apartment with about 55 square meters on the ground floor, waiting to be inhabited by you.

The bright living and dining area with direct access to the terrace with garden has everything your (residential) heart desires. The dining table can accommodate four people.

The living area has a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children. Thus, this apartment is ideal for up to three adults or two adults with two children.

The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower. Also a bathroom cabinet with hair dryer can be found here.

In the pantry you will find a NESPRESSO coffee machine with four capsules. You are welcome to bring your own capsules or buy additional about us - as you like it. Cups, plates, pots and cutlery are of course available. A ceramic hob with two plates is enough to conjure a small but fine meal.

In the garden is a table with four chairs and two chairs. Here you can relax in the summer, sunbathe or chill out, because here it is nice and quiet. The terrace is big enough with over 20 square meters and offers enough space. In summer and in winter, the garden is green and almost invisible from the terrace.

Our neighborhood:

It is just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop. This goes directly to the S-Bahn connection in the direction of Karlsruhe or Bad Herrenalb.

In just 5 minutes walk is one of the best butchers in the area. Fresh baked goods are also available there. A fancy flower shop is located directly opposite the butcher.

An Italian restaurant is also nearby. He likes to deliver fresh pizza, pasta and salads.

If you want something more exclusive, expect a star chef at the Schwitzer's Hotel am Park. 5 minutes by car.

The thermal bath can be reached in 7 minutes by car.

Oase der Ruhe

Wir haben diese Wohnung ausgewählt, um von dort aus den Süddeutschen Kirchentag der neuapostolischen Kirche in Karlsruhe besuchen zu können. Die Tage von Donnerstag bis Sonntag in Karlsruhe waren lebhaft und anstrengend. So genossen wir die Ruhe in dieser schönen Wohnung.

Urlaub in kleinen Ort

Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Wohngebiet in dem kleinen Ort Etzenrot. Bis zum nächst größeren Ort Ettlingen sind es nur wenige KM. In Etzenrot selbst gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine schöne Terrasse mit Garten. Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist recht groß mit einer Fensterfront zum Garten. Es gibt eine winzige Küche, ein kleines Bad mit WC und Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer ist ausreichend dimensioniert und man kann ruhig schlafen. Wünschenswert wäre es, dass der laute Kühlschrank in der Küche ausgetauscht wird. Auch die Kopfkissen im Schlafzimmer sind nicht bequem. Ein 2. Kopfkissen wäre prima gewesen. Aber dies soll die schöne Wohnung nicht schmälern. Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich!

Schöne Ferienwohnung und Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, mit einem schönen Garten in ruhiger Lage. Gleich um die Ecke können Sie Rad fahren und/oder im Wald spazieren gehen. Die Bäckerei oder Konditorei, Pizzeria und Supermärkte sind um die Ecke oder in der Nähe. Netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern und sie sind offen zum Mitdenken. Karlsruhe, Baden-Baden und Heidelberg sind sehr schöne Städte für einen Besuch. Im Raum Karlsruhe kann man viel radeln, mit guten und flachen Radwegen. Kurz gesagt, eine gute Ferienwohnung zu buchen.

Ruhige Lage, alles vorhanden

Sehr sauberes und Neuwertiges Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist alles vorhanden wie in einer eigenen Wohnung. Zusätzlich toller Garten, überdachte Terrasse, Sonnenliegen, Grill. Sehr nette und Kontaktfreudige, freundliche Vermieter, die sich sehr bemühen.
