Live the high life at this modern mountain home, which rests less than 1 mile from the ski lifts and a short walk to the extensive hike and bike trail system!  Whether you're here when snow flurries are falling or when the Colorado sun is high in the sky, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy year-round outdoor adventure!

When you’re not out and about, enjoy time with friends/family on the property’s slope-view balconies, or soak in the private hot tub to ease aches from outdoor adventures! The heated flooring ensures that you won't catch a chill during the winter months. This modern vacation rental features a large gourmet kitchen with an island and bar and a tastefully furnished living room surrounding a cozy fireplace. The open concept living space allows for stunning views and lots of light from the large windows. 

This home has 2 furnished balconies overlooking the mountains, one containing a private hot tub. The townhome also features a Wi-Fi Printer available for boarding passes, or business purposes.
There is a lot of space for all your family and friends to enjoy the life of luxury with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms that include either showers or a freestanding tub, plus an additional half bath, so mornings can easily be planned for conducting daily routines. In addition there are two primary suites with king sized beds.

Keystone Adventures Basecamp is an EV-ready property! This property is equipped with an OK2Charge Level 2 Smart EV Charger*. So while you are enjoying your time in Keystone, you can rest assured that you will be able to charge your vehicle while you relax and enjoy the comforts of home. Once you arrive, scan the QR code on the charger, choose your payment method, and you are ready to charge!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was exactly as described and very well maintained. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus—we used it throughout our stay and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This trip was absolutely fabulous! The house was everything we hoped it would be and more! It was truly perfect. The only reason I gave the ski conditions fewer stars was because there really wasn’t enough natural snow. The slopes were fairly icy … but we also fully realize we came about 3-4 weeks before peak snow season, so we weren’t terribly disappointed. We will definitely be booking this house again next year!!

Amazing Men’s Retreat!

I stayed here for a men’s retreat and this place was ideal. It was perfect for fellowship and meals together, the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and modern, and the hot tub was ideal after the short walk back from the base of the resort. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish and unforgettable weekend getaway or retreat!

Great family ski vacation

This house is perfect for a large family group. Plenty of space to spread out. Location is a very easy drive to the slopes, where you can easily find front row parking with groups of 4 or more. Easy check in/out and prompt response to any inquiries or issues we had. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful condo in great location and stocked with everything we needed to cook and relax. Perfect combination of space for togetherness as well as separate rooms for peace and quiet. Loved sitting on the porch looking at the mountain and sunset view. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Keystone. I’ll be back!

Amazing Place, one of the best EVER

I just stayed here with some friends in early Feb, 2023! Place is gorgeous, incredibly clean! It is new and modern and it HAS EVERYTHIING! The owner has practically anything you need. Everything was comfortable and it is so convenient to ski at Keystone. I have stayed in alot of various places all over the US and this is one of the best for sure! I strongly recommend you stay here!

Family ski trip

This was easily one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Very clean, easy to access, super close to River Run and Mountain House. Exceptionally well stocked and plenty of space for our party of 5 adults and 4 kids under 10. So much natural light, excellent heating, beautiful sunrise and sunset views. And, cherry on top, the easiest check out list we have ever encountered. We will be back again and again!

Will Stay Again

Every spring we get together and rent a place in Keystone and ski A-basin. We stayed here this year and it is the best place we have stayed so far (we've been doing this for almost 10 years)! The place had everything we needed and it was very spacious for the 9 guests we had staying. The hot tub was a delight and there we no issues at the house. The only confusing thing is that address they give you is not where the place is located, but if you follow the directions you get at check in, you will have no problem getting to the place. We are hoping to stay here again next year! I would highly recommend this place!

Spectacular

This is the best rental we've ever stayed in. Everything is brand new and in top condition. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and had all the tools you'd need to cook a gourmet meal (even a food processor!). So many thoughtful consumables were supplied from coffee pods to post-it notes. The views out of the main room are breathtaking ~ keep your eyes out, we spotted a moose. On top of all that it was spotlessly clean and the management company was very responsive in coordinating a late check-out.

Keystone Basecamp - Stellar Sunsets and Amazing Vistas

As I prepare to head back home, I am sitting in front of the beautiful windows at dinner table for 8 watching a light powder snow fall and think about the beautiful sunsets while soaking in the hot tub or drinking hot cocoa after spectacular days of skiing and snowboarding. Keystone has all you would expect from an Epic resort but without the overwhelming crowds and hustle and bustle of Breck or Vail. This condo makes the perfect basecamp for experiencing all this mountain valley has to offer. We hear about the amazing skiing at Arapaho Basin so went up there for a day above tree line - at 12,500 feet! It was only a few minute drive from Keystone Basecamp. I will definitely be back in the summer. Cannot wait to Barbecue on the balcony while watching the summer sunsets. Bet they are as amazing as they were this winter!

Superb Stay!

Stayed for close to a week in mid-July with 2 families. Great house for a group of people! The front faces due West so you get super bright sun in the afternoon into the evening until sunset on sunny days. The living room/kitchen area really warms up so it can get stuffy, even with the windows open. Portable fans in all the rooms which is ideal to cool things off with the windows open. Fully stocked kitchen was perfect for meal prep...has everything you can think of. Rooms/beds were comfy! Super clean! Quiet area on the opposite side of the snake river so one does have to cross the main road, which can get busy. That is the only fault if one were to nitpick. Overall though had a wonderful stay, total 5 stars...highly recommended. And SkyRun as a rental company is great! Will absolutely be a repeat customer!

Gorgeous home!

The townhouse was gorgeous! Very clean. Lots of room for our family to spread out and feel very comfortable. Kitchen had all the small accessories you could ever need! Loved the location, we were there in summer, so went hiking, biking and for trips into Breckenridge.There were some things with the rental company that were not the best which is why I didn’t give it a 5 star rating, not because of the property itself. First, we didn’t get any communication from Skyrun before we were going to arrive. The morning we were flying out, I emailed because we had not received any information on entering the property. Usually I get several emails before arriving to a property and they let me know exactly whet time I will receive my entry code. I didn’t like feeling nervous about getting into the property upon arrival. Second, we were looking forward to riding bikes together as a family. There are 5 of us and the property stated they had 5 bikes that could be used. Only 2 bikes were usable because the others had flat tires. When I emailed about this, they told me to bring the bikes into a local shop and they’d fill the tires for free. That’s wonderful but we were unable to transport the bikes in our rental car. When I told them this I got no reply.Overall the property is beautiful, clean and in a great location. We had a great time there and I would recommend it.

Dont think twice - book it!

This is an AWESOME property. Literally had everything we could have asked for. Pristine condition. Modern, lots of light. Open spaces for our multiple families to gather to cook, eat and relax but then also lots of places the teens and adults to separate and hang on their own (e.g., there's a media room/den in the lower level and a loft area on the 3rd flr). Huge open kitchen with tons of counter space and oversized range/oven. Every appliance and kitchen gear we needed. We picked for the bed/room configuration due to multiple families & ages - beds were new and comfortable. Having 4 bathrooms made it so simple & never ran out of hot water. Used the hot tub after skiing. Smart layout that has a very large area off the garage/front door with a long bench for dropping all your gear and suiting up to go out. Have never had a dedicated area this big before! It's about a 10-15min walk to the slopes along a busy road and through several sets of condos. The younger set trekked it often, but others in our crew chose to drive every day. It's closest to Mountain House area, which we appreciated to be out of the congestion of River Run and never had a problem with parking (during the week of Christmas)- you can take the Jasper lift part way up the mountain and ski/board a green run down to the gondola lift at the base of River Run to get to all the runs in that area. We had to contact property mgt 2x about basic stuff and they were fast and easy to work with.

This fit our group of 2 families well (12 ppl total). Everything was clean and updated. We especially enjoyed spending time in the hot tub- and bonus that you could see the slopes while relieving some of the aches from a day on the mountain. It only took 6 minutes to get to River Run parking lot or parking lot at the base of the Peru Express, which both have free parking. The owner was easy to work with and we felt this place was truly a home away from home. The only thing we wished it had was access to a grill, but we easily worked around that. Great experience overall! We would love to stay here again!!
