Public Access on sound side less than 2 blocks from the property which offers a small beach area and is the perfect entry point to launch water toys on the intracoastal.

A little more outdated than I expected (bathrooms and kitchens) but everything is very clean and that makes up for it. New flooring makes it very light inside. Owner communicated great too.
