Rustic Retreat Denton is a quiet cozy single story house w/a peaceful front landscaping & a small fenced backyard offering a pergola. Fully equipped kitchen to start your day w/healthy breakfast. Beautyrest plush mattress in master; Sealy in other bedrooms (all queens) to provide you a comfortable night rest w/room darkening curtains. Plush bath towels. High speed internet; workdesk; netflix. 2 Car- Garage w/long driveway. 1 mile to Medical City Denton; close to UNT/Shopping.
The space
Rustic Retreat Denton is near two major hospitals (1 mile to Medical City Denton/10 mile to Medical City Lewivlle, university (UNT/TWU) parents, family who want to check out the areas before relocating to Dallas Fort-worth area, or stay away (but close enough) from messy renovation, wedding or conference attenders, and family traveling to N. Texas. It's comfortable for 3 to 4 people to stay. The home is located in a quiet tree lined neighborhood. Please note there're cameras (just exterior of the house).

Living room Samsung TV is a Smart TV with Samsung TV list, Tubi, Netflix, YouTube available, and other APPs; Sony TV in the master bedroom has G-Chromecast TV including APPs like Haystack Live News, Netflix, Tubi, YouTube etc (sorry *no cable TV*).

Convenient to fwy I-35, shopping plaza (Loop 288 & Rayzor Ranch Town Center), close to UNT about 8 miles, and TWU. As I travel for work quite a bit, you may find some personal belongings at home. It's possible to work out longer stays for various traveling professionals too (please email first and any questions you may have; we may ask guests to sign a rental agreement with extended stay).

Portable AC system as backup only when central HVAC undergoes service.

Local bookings are not accepted at this time; NO parties of any kind or no inappropriate activities please. NO music outside passing quiet hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) please. Smokings, E-cigarettes, or pets are not allowed (Sorry).

short trip for celebration of life

enjoyed everything about the process. We were there for a sad event. The personal touches were so welcome. Definitely not my favorite. Yeah, comfortable. Quiet. As advertised.
