The process of gaining entry was a little tricky but this was not the fault of the owner. When booking this make sure you use your own correct email. The property is beautiful , clean and comfortable. The pins in front with the wildlife is great. The only concern was the noise. When people walked past the bedroom it was like they were inside your room. Obviously this wasn’t all the time and it definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. It is a maze so get your bearings. The small pool area was really good the pool didn’t feel heated but it was refreshing. Fantastic stay. Loved it.

Everything was just perfect. Our third stay at Story Lake Resort. This unit was by far the nicest one we’ve stayed in.we intend to rent it again for next year, this time for 3 weeks in March if the price is reasonable.

We have stayed in several units within Story Lake but this was our favorite. Comfortable furniture, clean, and well equipped. On the 2nd floor so not as many stairs as the 4th floor (for those that don’t take the elevator).

Our rental unit was wonderful. The surrounding facilities were cluttered and the dumpster areas were stacked with old furniture and appliances.

Lovely apartment and in a great location. Lots of space inside and great swimming pools. The lake is lovely and we spent a lot of nights watching the birds and wildlife. Lovely view of the 4th July fireworks too.

The property was beyond noisy! We should have caught on when we shut the door and there is a sign posted on it on how to handle noise and complaints from noise. I can’t stress it enough how disrespectful these folks are. The beds were outstanding! We struggle with mattresses but these were beyond fabulous! The condo itself was great! Location was great! Well stocked with everything we might need! Everything was great except for the neighbors!

All in one resort and beach

It was nice to have the resort with so many activities and pools along with the marina, restaurant and beach access accessible. The condo was spacious and perfect for our group of 5. The pools weren’t super crowded. The marina was nice being close to go on dolphin cruise. The restaurant was good as a close option. We will stay here again.
