Unser Anwesen liegt ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse in einem kleinen Ort nahe Neualbenreuth. In der Ferienwohnung "Sonja" gilt "klein aber fein". Die kuschelige Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Vom üppig bepflanzten Westbalkon aus haben Sie Sicht auf den kleinen Ort, Wiesen und Wälder. Diesen erreichen Sie über das gemütliche Wohnzimmer, welches mit einem Flachbild-TV ausgestattet ist. Die Wohnung bietet außerdem eine separate Küche mit integriertem Essbereich. Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Brotschneidmaschine sind vorhanden. Das geräumige Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit, ein Bidet und ein großes Dachfenster für viel Tageslicht. Handtücher werden ebenso wie Bettwäsche bereitgestellt.

Für 2 Personen perfekt. Extraklasse das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Bidet, Badewanne und alles was dazugehört. Die Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse (Feldweg), bietet Ruhe ohne Ende. Dem Gesang der Vögel ungestört lauschen.Die Küche komplett ausgestattet, Wohnraum mit Sofa, Sessel, Stereoanlage, TV lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Balkon ist ein geliebter Aufenthaltsort. Sehr zu empfehlen.
