Great communication with the host. The fireplace wasn’t working and they had it fixed as soon as possible. The host was quick to respond to any messages. We loved the location of the cabin. It was a great place for a weekend getaway for two. It was quiet with beautiful mountains views. Would come back again.

One of the best, trips my wife and i have had together, even though the snow, killed our plans. We still made the best of it. Beautiful view, just like it says. Hot spa and a Jacuzzi Tub. The host was very easy to work with. The views that you see online don't compare with how great there are once you are there! We have stayed in the area several times and this is the first cabin we have stayed in where you could see the views from the bedroom. We didn't even use the hot tub because the bathtub was in the bedroom and it had wonderful views of the mountains too! We noticed that the fireplace didn't work when we got there and let the host know and it was promptly fixed. Very responsive!

The cabin was very clean! We really enjoyed the hot tub after being out in town or hiking most of the day! The host was fabulous! Very attentive, checked in with us multiple times during our stay to be sure there was nothing they could do to better our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The view is amazing! The host was on the spot with everything. She even messaged before that she needed to replace the microwave and did it so fast even before we got there. The AC went out the middle of the night (not her fault things happen) and had someone out right away to get it fixed. She was kind enough to refund a night. She went above and beyond. Even offered to send more towels since we stayed so many days. It’s a very lovely cabin. I do wish there was a second bathroom if I was going to be picky since it’s for 6 people. My kids loved the loft and the spiral staircase.

The cabin was as expected and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. It was clean and comfortable, and the back deck/hot tub area is private with a great view of the mountains. Take some binoculars.

AMAZING VIEWS

Overall great stay. Very clean, plenty of kitchen items, cups, pots, pans etc. A lot of coffee and tea. A lot of spices left over from other guests. Salt, pepper, garlic/onion powder. Views were second to none, deck was clean and nice size. Hot tub also out there. Didn't use it tho. Game room was nice, billards, cards. Pool table was decent. Location was nice. You do have neighbors but didn't hear them much. There is construction close by so you will see trash of building materials a few feet from your cabin. Check in process smooth, communication with host was great. 30 or so minutes to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. About 15 minutes to a small convienance store, pizza store.The floors were uneven tho, luggage moved by itself. Not an issue for me but if you have elderly, maybe. Microwave turned on but didnt heat up what was in there. Overall 4 plus stars, closer to 5 than 4 Would definitely go back if I was in that area.

Best vacation ever

This cabin is exactly as advertised. The views are breathtaking and the cabin is clean and very comfortable. My wife and I actually just spent a day at the cabin relaxing. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are really only a stone's throw away. The smokies have become our new favorite place a d we are already planning a return trip in a few months.

Poorly constructed

The construction of the cabin is very poor. There is gaps between the boards on the deck, spots where the pillars are bowing out, and about a 3in drop in the floor where it settles in the middle of the cabin floor. The bathroom door does not open all the way due to the uneven floors nor do the cabinet doors close. This cabin would never pass construction inspection in Illinois. However, if you don’t mind the possibility of the deck falling the view is amazing.

Honeymoon

The view is what sold us. So beautiful to come back and relax after a long day of hiking. Cabin was clean and well maintained. Host was very responsive with any questions. One thing to note, grill is charcoal. I should've asked but didn't. Didn't hinder our stay at all. We will be back!
