Spacious and clean apartment includes entire main level of cute house in seaside neighborhood. Arthur is very nice and communicative. Definitely go to Brennans. Great food right down the street before the local beach.

Apartment was in a nice location within walking distance to the beach. Host was nice but we did not realize he lived in the basement and was around in the yard a lot along with a few contractors one day. We also met the upstairs tenant while sitting on the deck as it was a shared staircase. He was pleasant. Not much privacy while sitting on the deck. I gave 3 stars for cleanliness because I know I am a bit OCD about cleaning but the place definitely needed more of a deep clean. There was lots of dust on the AC unit, bedside tables, and windowsills. When I wiped down the table and countertops they still had some spaghetti sauce left from previous guest. The floors in my opinion were not clean, I brought a swiffer mop because we had a crawling 10 month old with us and the swiffer sheets were very dirty. The bathrooms were actually pretty clean except the trashcans were dirty and missing liners. Arthur was in the yard walking around the deck one day and asked if everything was good, I did show him a picture of the AC unit which I wrote the word "yuck" in the dust, he got a bit defensive and stated how he had washed the floors twice and if he knew we were going to be checking in so late he would have spent more time cleaning the place but he was busy with contractors. Obviously he is the cleaner in-between guest, I would suggest he hire someone with cleaning experience. I was surprised the previous 17 reviews gave it 5 stars.

We loved this lovely home. It was immaculate and loaded with anything we could possibly need. Arthur was readily available to answer any questions or assist with any of our needs however, his home was perfect, and we needed for nothing more. We hope to come and stay again. The property was very clean. The kitchen had all the amenities to cook a full meal although we did not. The owner had nice touches with beach towels and sunblock available for use.

Arthur was a sheer delight

And his home was as well. Lovely place, great location, Nice furnishings all round. Arthur was responsive to all questions and more than helpful for all requests. The only downside was that it was hard to keep the place cool while sleeping and the room with the bunk bed was a walk through to the back bedroom. I'd stay again!
