★Cozy Cottage★ Long Stays Beautiful Days♥

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Only 1.6 miles to ISU. Restaurants just around the corner. One of my personal favorites is the park one block away. The home only has one stair to get into the upstairs of the home. Home has 7 foot ceilings which makes it feel cozy. The home is off of a busy street with plenty of parking.

$200 fine a pet that are on premises without consent from host per day If guest checks out late there will be a $25 charge per half hour for cleaner
$20 dollars per person that is not authorized to be on property.. Smoking in the house charged $200 minimum plus any damage that is from the smoke.
