About this property

ELMIS apartment is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Binz.
The apartment in the house Concordia was completely renovated by us in 2019 and newly furnished.

It is a bright, modern and cozy three room apartment with a floor space of 70 sqm.
The apartment is suitable for up to 5 people.
It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, kitchen and a living room with dining area.

Likewise, the apartment has a free Wi-Fi, a 55 inch Samsung flat screen TV and a Bose sound system.
On the terrace in front of the living room there is a small seating area.
Our apartment is located in the center and close to the beach (about 90m to the beach) and yet very quiet due to a dead end.

The parking belonging to the apartment is located in the courtyard, next to the entrance barrier.
This offers enough space for SUVs and vans.

Die Wohnung in Binz, die man empfehlen kann

Unser Urlaub in Binz fiel buchstäblich ins Wasser. Wir hatten im August kein schönes Wetter, konnten nicht ins Meer und keine Sonne bzw. Wärme genießen. Unsere Wohnung war schön, sehr freundlich und praktisch eingerichtet und gut gelegen. In den wenigen, nicht verregneten Stunden sahen wir uns einige Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rügen an.

Schönes Silvester on Binz

Guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wohnung nicht optimal vorbereitet. Zuerst kein Warmwasser. Wohnung nicht optimal sauber. Schrankböden etwas dreckig (nur Kleinigkeiten) 4 anstatt 5 Sterne. Türklinken in der Wohnung so lose das Sie abfallen. Habe ich selbst repariert (kein großes Thema) ist aber Bestandteil des Gesamteindrucks. Einige Leuchmittel und Bettleuchten nicht funktionsfähig. (auch Kleinigkeiten, aber halt nicht 5 Sterne sondern nur 4). Ansonsten eine gemütliche schöne Wohnung. Haben uns Wohlgefühlt und würden jedem eine Empfehlung für diese Wohnung geben....
