About this property
We rent apartments for your cozy summer vacation in Croatia
We rent apartments for your cozy summer holiday in Croatia in a family atmosphere.
Our house has 4 apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
The large apartment on the ground floor (for up to 6 people) has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a pull-out couch in the larger of the two rooms, as well as a large kitchen with seating and a spacious bathroom with shower.
The terrace at the back belongs to the apartment.
All guests have access to barbecue facilities and free Wi-Fi access.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
To start each two rolls of toilet paper, towels and kitchen towels are provided free of charge.
The distance to the beach is about 150 m. Nearby you will find numerous cafes, restaurants, bakers and grocery stores. Zadar can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
The prices are valid for the period 01. 07 -31. 08th (Peak season). Outside the main season (from 01. 05. - 30. 06 and from 01. 09.) are of course lower prices.

Urlaub in Sukošan
Unser Urlaub in Sukošan war wunderschön, aber leider zu schnell vorbei.
Das Appartment war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Selbst Gemüse aus dem Garten wurde mit uns geteilt. Danke, die sonnengereiften Tomaten waren sehr lecker.
Der Strand war schnell zu erreichen und auch in der näheren Umgebung haben wir weitere schöne Strände gefunden.
Als Ausgangspunkt für entferntere Ausflugsziele bietet sich Sukošan ebenfalls an.
Wir kommen gern wieder.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Das Appartment ist sauber, geräumig und schön eingerichtet, Küche mit allen notwendigen Gerätschaften, auch Spülmaschine, ausgestattet. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre hier wünscheswert, um die Maschine nicht halb leer laufen zu lassen, ansonsten alles für 6 Personen vorhanden. Klimaanlagen in beiden Schlafzimmern halten die ganze Wohnung kühl. Auch die Terrasse ist grün beschattet und sogar mittags gut nutzbar.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir haben netterweise Tomaten und Zucchini aus dem eigenen Garten bekommen.
Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist gut: zum Strand ca. 400 m bzw. 4 min Fussweg. Bäckerei, kleiner Supermarkt, Bars und Restaurants fussläufig in 5-10 min erreichbar.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Perfekter appartment mit kinder
Super netter vermieter. Appartment ist echt sehr groß und die schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Es sind 4min zum mehr und 5min zum bäcker und einkaufsmöglichkeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Lg
