Schöne, ruhige Lage

Das Objekt liegt sehr gut, nur wenige (Geh-) Minuten bis zur Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, wenn auch sehr einfach und nicht unbedingt modern eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, jedoch keine Gewürze wie z. B. Salz/Pfeffer/Zucker und Essig/Öl (wie wir es in anderen Wohnungen vorgefunden haben).
