About this property

Pollutant-free apartment for max. 2 people, preferably weekend commuters

The apartment is the granny flat in the basement of a single-family house built in 2015, which is characterized by a particularly low-pollution construction.
The apartment is fully tiled and heated with underfloor heating. Electric shutters and fly screens are available.

The device consists of two single beds 90 x 200 cm, television, radio, refrigerator, oven with ceramic hob, sink, dishes and sufficient cooking utensils.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The duvets and pillows are often washed hot. If you wish, you can get a mite protection cover for your mattress.

As a special feature, we offer a ventilation system (custom-made with a plasma filter) that, in addition to pollen, also eliminates disturbing influences from neighbors such as chimney smoke, grill smoke and country air.

It was built on varnishes, paints, adhesives, PVC, chipboard, polystyrene, construction foam, etc. waived. The interior is very low in emissions and completely wood-free except for the slatted frame.

The whole house is smoke, perfume and pet free.

Due to its low-pollution construction and furnishings, this apartment is an offer for fragrance-free guests and allergy sufferers.

    Die Begrüßung war freundlich, das Appartement ist nicht nur sehr schön und entspricht absolut den Photos, ist sogar noch schöner, sondern es war auch wirklich sehr sauber. Man bekommt sogar eine nagelneue Klobürste (sie war noch originalverpackt), was ich besonders geschätzt habe. Auch die Landschaft ist wunderschön und bei der Abreise gab es noch 3 leckere Äpfel aus dem Garten. Vielen Dank liebe Frau Schneider! Christine Biswenger

    Die Wohnung wurde Frisch gebaut, ist sehr modern und sauber. Alles steht zu verfügung um eine tolle Zeit in die Umgebung von Tübingen zu verbringen. Empfehle ich sehr. Für berufliche Gründe sehr gut geeignet.
