The approx. 65 sqm apartment on the 2nd Floor (attic) of an old building from 1903 has a classic bedroom, a living room with adjoining conservatory with floor-to-ceiling windows, a kitchen with a six-seater table and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom with a 180 cm box spring bed for two people is on the street side. In the living room, a sofa bed optionally offers a comfortable sleeping option for two more people and even two more people can sleep on the additional couch in the winter garden. Four people can reach the bathroom and the kitchen from their sleeping place without disturbing the other people. Please keep in mind that the beds in the living room and in the winter garden are only separated by an opaque curtain.
Whether you are here for business or pleasure, you will feel comfortable in the apartment. Wooden floors and comfortable furnishings make the apartment a cozy retreat. The apartment has double glazed windows and is equipped with everything for everyday use. Towels and bed linen are freshly made. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, fridge-freezer and all other utensils.
The small bathroom has a sink and toilet, a window and a shower.
