Diese Ferienwohnung liegt super zentral. Leider aber an zwei sehr stark befahrenen Straßen. Dadurch ist das Schlafen mit offenem Fenster praktisch nicht möglich.

Wohnung liegt super zental, nahe zum Strand und der Location Sunset Beach! Gleiches gilt für die Nähe zur Friedrichstrasse. Die Wohnung ist groß, die Küche gibt alles her was man benötigt! Das Schlafzimmer ist gut, das Schrankbett hat sehr gute Matratzen.Das Badezimmer ist ok, die Dusche ist für etwas korpulente Menschen nicht geeignet, ferner ein sehr hoher Einstieg, Menschen mit Kniearthrose kommen hier eventuell rein aber nicht mehr raus.Das Wohnzimmer ist ok, das Mobiliar etwas bieder. Aber alles in Allem vermittelt die Wohnung eine gemütliche Atmosphäre! Die Bilder spiegeln absolut den Eindruck der Wohnung wieder! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Der Balkon liegt natürlich auf Strassenseite, der Verkehr ist laut und zu Stosszeiten extrem, da es die einzige Strasse zum und vom Strand und die weiteren Hotels und Appartements ist.Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer kann man wegen der Lautstärke in der Nacht nicht öffnen!Toll fand ich den Strandkorb auf dem Balkon.Preis ist unschlagbar!
