About this property

Spacious home for military and or business we cater to space and large families.

This home is very spacious older home just learning so feed back is great and let us be the best at what we can be. We let foster and adoptive children help so that we can support them in there goals. We have a larger projector for the theater room and will continue to make the large space useful for large families and or businesses. We are right across the street from a golf course and less than 10 mi away from post. Lots of dining areas for foods and 30 min away from seeing the bison and the holy city. A mountain you can drive up called Mount Scott and or walk down lots of nature in Oklahoma.

The best thing I can say is the place has a fire hydrant right outside for when it has an electrical fire. The breaker tripped at least a dozen times. Host keep saying it was the pool and it's not. The electrical panel needs to be replaced. Worst of all we realized on the last night the place had zero working smoke detectors. The owner was indifferent. We went out and purchased batteries and a new smoke detector.Beyond this no dishwasher, pool with mold, broken ladder, broken outlets, and countless other broken items. Should be illegal to rent.

The house was unsanitary, unsafe (mold, no working windows, most ceiling fans did not work, broken closet doors, electrical outlets malfunctioned, non-functioning pool outside created many hazards, hanging wires, broken fence, loose bricks in the yard and the patio furniture and grill were not usable). This house should not be rented until major repairs are made and it is returned to a habitable and safe space.

While the house is older, there is so much to see. We appreciated the fact that there were things there for our soldier to do while he just relaxed for family day. The game room and theatre room was amazing!

Amazing weekend

This was our first time using VRBO so we weren’t sure what to expect, this property certainly set the bar high! The rooms were all impeccably themed with comfortable beds and ALL linens. We definitely enjoyed our weekend and will stay here every time we’re in Lawton.

It was very close to Ft sill. Lots of space for my family. We were there for my son’s graduation. Definitely could have used a good cleaning. I cleaned quite a bit. No dishwasher which it stated on ad, hard with a large group. It was worth the stay the space with a large group was awesome because we weren’t on top of eachother.

Amazing Experience

It’s a hidden gem, for what’s not shown in pictures left us amazed with the house. From the Game room to the Theater room to every different themed rooms. This his is huge and spacious. My family had a blast for our sons Family Day from Ft. Sill Basic Training.

This house was so horrible that when we walked in, we immediately booked accommodations elsewhere and left. The carpets are dirty, a bathroom door didn't close and the window curtain in that bathroom is so sheer that anyone who is taking a shower at night will be in full display of the four-lane highway outside. There were holes in the walls. Handles in cabinets and dressers were hanging by a screw. The sheets didn't properly fit the bed, there is no air flow in the back "bedroom," the fan blades in that room were drooping and the only light source was a garage/shop style light that was hanging from the ceiling. The sink inside the theater room didn't have running water and had dried up tobacco spit in it. The pool area was disgusting. We were told that could be cleaned for us the following day. I've owned a home with a pool and ours never looked that gross. There is no couch to sit on, only wooden benches and separate theater chairs. Also, the lighting throughout the home is so dim you wouldn't be able to properly see anything at night. The arcade games right inside the front door are so loud and we noticed several electrical issues throughout the house--most noticeably were a light in the shower that held up with duct tape and a light switch that had been melted from a previous fire. The same bathroom with the electric tape light had grime and hair built up on the floor. I wanted to take a shower immediately after we left. Run--don't walk away from this house.

Just opened the pool and the amount hasn't changed since the pool was added. we are slowly getting things done. Bathrooms were redone by a so called professional but their work wasn't our standard either. We do get alot of bookings so it's hard to close without making a sure plan with a credited person to fix things and we will soon close down to fix minor things. But we were never told of anything to fix the problem while you were there. There is a fan in the backroom because it was a closet made into a room. It rains frequent and is very hard to keep a pool person to do pool without having a back up person to do it. which is $275.00 for start per visit. We have the house listed for affordable for large families, But for others that have stayed there before, seeing the changes that are happening Trust we have come along way and some of the work we do ourselves. It;s what I can afford to keep space for large families. Sorry for eye sores but it was acceptable to foster care. But Thank you for your feed back,

My group of 12 slept very conformably in this really cool house. We had a great time with the 16 person Theatre room at night. Also, the game room was a hit as well. I think this place would be rented out if it had better pictures because the current pictures dont do this house justice.

This was one of the most amazing VRBOs we have ever stayed in. So much room, so many beds, convenient location, plenty of towels, cooler with wheels, foldable chairs, and so much more! The hostess was so attentive to our questions and answered very quickly. Check in and out was so easy! The game room was fantastic! We really enjoyed the themed rooms and you can tell there is a lot of attention to detail put into them! We had 12 family members come to our daughter’s BCT graduation and again, so much room for everyone! 12 minute drive to Fort Sill. We didn’t use the projector in the theater room but we all gathered in the movie chairs to visit! We did spend time outside on the balcony in the back and also in the front yard. I would recommend this property! Thanks again to the hostess for everything!
