Sunapee or 30-minute drive to Dartmouth College in nearby Hanover. Unwind in a spacious home in the heart of the Eastman community, where you can enjoy year-round activities – warmer weather fun includes 18-hole golf course, tennis, pickle ball, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing and hiking a variety of trails or winter season fun includes skiing, X-Country ski trails, snow shoeing, and sledding. Feel indulgent, yet at home, in this house boasting a great room off the kitchen, living room with high ceilings, all surrounded by windows and natural light. Relax in the evening and take in the wood beam accents or sit in the screened porch and watch the sunset. The 3 bedrooms are on separate levels with bathrooms. Master suite has its own level with ample closets and view of the lake. Lower-level family room leads to a flat spacious yard with steps to the waterfront.

Vacation Eastman lake

We had a lovely time. The house accommodated our family comfortably. The house was clean and the property management team was responsive to our minor issue. Relaxing enjoyable family time!

A Bright Oasis of Calm

My Husband two adult children and their significant others stayed in this home over Memorial Day weekend. We could not have chosen a more beautiful location! The home was bright and open, with 3 completely separated bedrooms/baths. It was everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend.

FALL RETREAT

Well maintained home with lots of windows featuring the beautiful fall foliage. Convenient location to take day trips and explore the area. We enjoyed the large gourmet kitchen with amenities; hiking trails, and boat rentals during our stay.
