Swim in crystale clear clean NH lake, fall asleep to the sound of loons that live on our lake. The home is 10 minutes' drive to numerous restaurants, grocery store, and world-class bakery in New London. Four-seasons recreation including local well-maintained hiking trail network, kayaking, swimming, paddle-boarding on the lake, just 20 minutes to skiing at Mt. Sunapee resort which is known for superb snow making, 15 minutes to 36 Km of impeccably groomed nordic skiing at Eastman Nordic Center. Location has it all for those who wish to enjoy peace and quiet while at the property, private lake front access, and proximity to both services and limitless recreational opportunities. Two kayaks and two paddle boards are provided.
