The apartment is located in a traffic-deadlock, right on Dornumersieler low. The apartment is in the 4th Floor in the house Norderney and "only accessible by stairs". It is fully equipped and habitable throughout the year. The distance to the beach and harbor is about 10-15 minutes, to shops, restaurants u. Cafes 5-10 minutes.
