Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a property with two master bedroom suites, this home has all the convenience of being in downtown, without the hustle and bustle of big city life. Come and relax as you tour the famous wine country of Paso Robles, or simply enjoy the many events held annually in the area. Lewis Loft is a charming upstairs unit built in 2010, with a second full bedroom suite recently added downstairs. Just three blocks from the heart of downtown and located in the Historic Vine Street district of Paso Robles any brief walk down the street will expose you to many historic structures from the early days. It sits behind and was built on the same property as The Historic Victorian Eppinger/Lewis House that was built in 1889. Another short walk to the down town of Paso Robles where you can enjoy the dining, entertainment and unique shopping boutiques, or just a quiet stroll through the park. You can pick up some fresh local farm goods and items from the Farmers Market in the park on Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. This property is a two bedroom/two bath condo, with a walk-in closet, queen sofa sleeper and TV in the upstairs living area. It has a kitchen, stacked washer/dryer and is set up for internet with a desk for your convenience. The loft has a private indoor staircase with an intercom to the outside front door, for security. We have supplied it with extra bedding and cooking needs for extended stays. We invite you to check out the photos of this property and we look forward to your stay at one of our vacation rentals in Paso Robles, CA. Three open-air parking spots provided off street. (Not suitable for children under 12.) Keyed entry. City Permit #STR19-0068. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

A Wonderful Place To Stay

The property was in a great walkable location to the Paso Robles main park and square. Very quiet area. There is a one bedroom bath with kitchen and sitting area downstairs, and one bedroom and bathroom upstairs with a full kitchen. Very lovely.

Quaint and Comfortable

Perfect for 2 couples with full bedroom downstairs and another upstairs with kitchen. Quiet neighborhood just blocks from downtown. Plenty of private parking. Kitchen lacking suitable pans and not many dishes, but luckily there were nice wine glasses. :) Bright and sunny rooms. Large closets. Hot showers and plenty of toiletries and towels Highly recommended property.

Super clean! Great Location!

This is to say what a superb experience that we had at Lewis Loft in Paso Robles. We rented the property for four of us over a family fall wine tasting weekend, occupying both upstairs and downstairs suites. The accommodations were fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the suites were well appointed, very clean, and well stocked with water, Kurig coffee, creamer, sugar etc. Nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen offers everything you could possibly need. The property is walking distance to many good bars and restaurants, and quiet at night. Bruce, our point of contact through the rental process, is quite friendly and was there to greet us when we arrived. This is a real gem. We’ll be back!

GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION

This property was exactly as described and in the best location. We were able to walk to downtown in 6 minutes and were in town for a family wedding and able to get to all of the festivities on foot. Check in was a breeze and Bruce, the owner, was responsive, friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend this property and will stay there again

The residence is laid out with two separate suites on the first second floors, separated by an internal staircase. Each suite has a separate entry door that can be individually locked. The upper unit contains a full kitchen and laundry that makes it a perfect rental for a couple that is seeking a comfortable and well stocked residence to stay in while visiting Paso Robles. The owners have appointed both suites beautifully and have thought of just about everything one would need while staying in a rental house. for the basics, each unit has a television, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge in the lower unit and full-size fridge and drip coffee maker in the upper unit. The house is located within a block or two of the Paso Robles central square. So walking to enjoy some of the great culinary offerings that Paso has to offer is not a trek, but a nice stroll. I cannot recommend this vacation rental enough. It would satisfy anyone’s desire to live in elegance and comfort while visiting Paso Robles.

Beautiful Place close to Downtown

Great place centrally located and walking distance to downtown with tons of shops and restaurants. The place was really great for two couples with one couple downstairs and the other upstairs. We couldn't hear each other at all. Plenty of off street parking that is super safe. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.
