In a quiet neighborhood just minutes from all downtown has to offer, you will enjoy the terraced back deck and yard, bocce ball court, BBQ, and multiple seating areas. View deer walking through the oak trees, grill your favorite meal, and sip local wines from your wine-tasting adventures.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home features hardwood floors, a gas fireplace in the living room, large gourmet kitchen and heated floors in the bathrooms! Ensuite bathroom in the king master bedroom, hallway bath shared by the queen bedroom and sunny sitting room with queen sleeper sofa. Both the queen bedroom and sitting room have direct access to the spacious, private back deck. You will find an emphasis on guest comfort, privacy, and backyard playtime with bocce ball, corn hole, hardline BBQ, and views. Lots of games and puzzles indoors, along with multiple flat-screen TVs! Convenient driveway parking, full laundry room, keypad entry. City Permit #STR19-0064. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.

Perfect property

This property was just what we needed. It was close to the Event center and in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and wonderful outside area (if only it hadn’t rained every day we were there).

Perfect Paso

This house was in a great location, close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood.We have rented through Paso Vacation Rentals twice now and were delighted both times.This house was perfect for us. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. We would definitely rent this property again.We cooked dinner one night at the house and found that the kitchen was very well equipped.

The space is thoughtfully decorated in a way that feels homey and curated. We cooked several meals in the well-appointed kitchen and everyone slept well. Even the fold-out sofa bed was really comfortable. Only wish we’d picked a warmer weekend so we could’ve spent more time enjoying the deck and bocce ball court!
