At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Additional bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can then recalculate and before your arrival, the sheets and / or towels can be prepared for you.

Entspannte Sommersonnentage

Wir waren 2 Freundinnen mit großem Hund und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt für 12 entspannte Sommersonnentage. Vom Mühlenpark mit seiner zentralen und ruhigen Lage aus sind Nord- und Weststrand gut zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung von Wohnung 6 im Haus 2 war zweckmäßig, die Einrichtung etwas lieblos, wohingegen die Nachbarwohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet wurde. Im Wäschepaket war leider kein Handtuchwechsel nach 1 Woche enthalten.

Das Objekt war mehr als wir erwartet haben. Es war alles optimales einzigste was nicht gepasst hat waren die Kopfkissen diese waren zu dünn.(mir wenigstens)

Sehr geräumige und helle Ferienwohnung

Unser Kurzurlaub war perfekt und wir haben die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Der Checkin konnte schon vor der eigentlichen Öffnungszeit stattfinden, das war super. Die Wohnung ist räumlich sehr ergiebig und der Wohnbereich einfach nur klasse. Die Küche ist ebenfalls mit Allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir durften außerdem unseren Hund mitbringen. Wir fanden es klasse und kommen definitiv wieder! Liebe Grüße aus dem Harz

Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig, aber nicht neu ausgestattet.

Das Quartier ist sehr zweckmäßig eigerichtet. Die Küche ist schon etwas älter und etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Man sollte einplanen nicht nur in der Wohnung zu kochen, sondern auch essen zu gehen.

Die Erdgeschosslage war sehr bequem.

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist schön geräumig und der Stil der Einrichtung hat uns gefallen. Sehr praktisch sind die zwei Toiletten. In der Küche gab es viele Utensilien zum nützlichen Gebrauch. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen.

Haus 2 Wohnung 6 im Mühlenpark.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Der Ortskern und den Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Dies gilt auch für die Gastronomie. Wir wurden von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hervorragend betreut. Gerne kommen wir wieder nach Prerow.
